STATUS QUO
Vem. Dolgo nisem nič zapisal, toda to še ne pomeni, da sem se kje izgubil. Z novo službo so pač prišle nove obveznosti in s tem tudi novi urnik…res pa je, da se na borznih trgih vmes kaj posebnega ni zgodilo. Razen seveda nadaljevanja rasti na podlagi pričakovanj o hitrem ter stabilnem okrevanju.
No, o tem zadnjem bi se dalo diskutirati. Vsaj v tej smeri, da bo okrevanje izpostavljeno vsaj trem pomembnim izzivom:
- nivo obrestnih mer: tako nizke obrestne mere ne bodo dolgo ostale na prizorišču. Še pred dobrim letom je enomesečni EURIBOR presegal 5%, danes je pod 0,5%. Kaj veliko prostora navzdol ni, kar pomeni, da se bodo stroški financiranja prej ko slej začeli povečevati.
- stopnja davkov: zapitek vladnih subvencij se bo prej ko slej enkrat plačal. Najverjetneje v obliki višjih davkov.
- stopnja nezaposlenosti: generatorja novih služb trenutno ni na vidiku. Podjetja bodo z novimi zaposlitvami zelo previdna. Raje bodo maksimalno obremenila obstoječe delavce (kar se bo poznalo na dobičkonosnosti).
Omenjeni dejavniki bodo na nek način omejevali rast agregatne potrošnje. S tem bo postavljen okvir, ki bo onemogočal hitro rast gospodarstva. Tega se trg sedaj toliko ne zaveda, saj enkratne spodbujevalne sunke bolj razume kot nekaj dolgoročnega namesto kratkoročnega. Seveda pa so možne tudi druge razlage tipa, da je v sistem potisnjenega toliko svežega kapitala, da enostavno dviguje vse po vrsti. Toda ta zgodba je že videna in vsi poznamo konec. Kako bo tokrat, pa bo pokazal čas.

Ja, kot lahko vidimo iz vse te zgodbe, se je spremenilo zelo malo. Indeksi naraščajo brez prave osnove. Balon se napihuje, zato bo kmalu pravi čas, da poči v obliki korekcije.
Davkoplačevalski denar, ki je šel podjetjem v obliki subvencij, se vrača nazaj na borzo preko ti.managerskih odkupov. Lep primer tega se je pokazal včeraj v Gorenju.
Poleg tega, pa lahko vidimo, kako država ne izvaja nobenega nadzora nad podarjenim denarjem.

Kako to, da promoviraš samo mars investicije?
Kako, pa kaj stoji LRH? Nekoč, si o njej zelo veliko govoril.
Osebno mislim, da bo Balkan zadnji, ki bo okreval od te krize. Čakam tudi kdaj pride do devalvacije kune. Vse od spomladi pa do danes se samo govori o tem, do sedaj pa še nič od tega.
Poleg tega, pa me preseneča, da se govori samo o nekem namišljenem okrevanju, kljub temu, da na koncu ne postrežejo z rezultati, ki bi to tudi dokazovali.
Vse kar skozi medije dobivamo je to, da se bo brezposelnost povečevala, proračun ima vse večjo luknjo (v SLO naj bi bila do 2013 že kar vrtoglavih 51% BDP-ja), izgube slovenskih blue chipov (njihov P/E že presega 15), pa so še vedno neverjetno velike (le kako jim bo uspelo v Petrolu, Luki Koper, Gorenju, Istrabenzu, Intereuropi ipd. priti iz rdečih številk). Tu ne smemo pozabiti še na naše banke, ki so posojale denar za vse nasedle finančne telovadbe vseh managerjev (tipa ala Bavčar, Šrot ipd.) v teh podjetjih.
Da ne bo slučajno izpadlo, da ne podpiram take poteze (dvig plače zaposlenim v uspešnih podjetjih), pa me vseeno čudi kako bodo to finančno rešili v podjetju. Npr. čudi me kako lahko delnica Gorenja narašča, ko pa bo mogla zaposlenim dvigniti plače. Ali se ne bo posledično temu, zmanjšal dobiček? Na katera ramena bodo sedaj prenesli ta finančni primankljaj v končnih bilancah?
Morda na nas kupce.
Morda kdo od vas ve koliko predstavljajo plače v Gorenju?
Če ne letos, do konca leta, pa bi se moral ta relly končati v 1Q nasednjega leta.

Tvoje napovedi o relly indeksih so se zares uresničile. Vendar z malim zamikom. Gre namreč za to, da naj bi se tako divjanje delnic končalo (v sredini oktobra), ne pa da so se sedaj indeksi šele pričeli dvigovati.
Osebno mislim, da bi se do decembra moralo vse skupaj končati.

Ravno včeraj sem poslušal pri poročilih o plačah v Gorenju. Zlasti so se dotaknili, kako bodo plače vplivale na dobiček (oz. njegovo zmanjšanje od planiranega).
Sedaj bo zanimivo videti, na katera ramena bodo prenesli neplanirani primanjkljaj.
Bo, pa drugo leto zelo težko za slovensko gospodarstvo, saj tako je mnenje prof.dr. Mramorja (baje naj bi šli iz krize počasneje kot ostale Evropske države – baje smo na ravni Moldavije in Romunije). Ne smemo, pa pozabiti tudi kaj vse so povedali zadnji mesec iz GZS-a (zmanjšanje porabe energije v gospodarstvu, plačilni roki se podaljšujejo, kupna moč se zmanjšuje, ipd.). V glavnem nič novega, kot to, da se bo pojavil W.
Sedaj moramo samo počakati do spomladi drugega leta.
